About the Role: Partnership Manager
The Partnership Manager is responsible for developing and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and enhance Tothemoon's brand presence. This role acts as the primary liaison between Tothemoon and external partners, ensuring collaborative success through clear communication, strategic planning, and effective relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and secure new partnership opportunities that align with our company goals.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner communications, ensuring a strong, collaborative relationship.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and manage contractual agreements to ensure mutual benefit and long-term success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and other internal teams to integrate partner strategies into overall business plans.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
- Event Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build and strengthen partner relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partnerships or business development within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or Web3 space, with a strong network of industry contacts.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, build relationships and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking with a track record of driving business growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
