As the Head of Partnerships at Tothemoon, you will lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our global partnership initiatives. This leadership role is pivotal in scaling our business through high-impact collaborations and strategic alliances. You will manage the partnerships team, oversee major deals, and work cross-functionally with executive stakeholders to align partnerships with our broader company vision and growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and Drive Partnership Strategy: Own the end-to-end partnership roadmap, identifying key opportunities and aligning them with Tothemoon's long-term business objectives.
Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing partnerships team, setting goals, providing guidance, and driving results through effective management.
Executive Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships with strategic partners and clients, acting as the executive face of Tothemoon in high-stakes collaborations.
Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Lead high-value negotiations, structure complex agreements, and ensure deals drive mutual value and sustainable growth.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Legal, Sales, and Executive teams to align partnership efforts with company-wide initiatives.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Establish KPIs, evaluate partnership impact, and deliver regular updates to the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Industry Thought Leadership: Represent Tothemoon at key industry events, conferences, and forums to elevate the brand and foster new opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Deep understanding of the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or Web3 landscape, with an established network of industry relationships.
Proven track record of leading successful partnership initiatives that drive measurable business impact.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills and Attributes:
Strong proficiency in CRM tools, data analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience scaling partnership functions in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
High level of strategic thinking, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable partnership plans.
Confident, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguity with a strong bias for action.
