Account/BD Manager (B2B)
Tothemoon is a leading cryptocurrency exchange dedicated to providing innovative and secure trading solutions for businesses. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager (B2B) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our business clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with Tothemoon is exceptional. You will also play a crucial role in supporting our Partnership Manager in identifying and engaging new B2B clients to expand our network and enhance our service offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned B2B clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to their accounts and trading activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives to provide tailored support.
- Collaborate with the Partnership Manager to identify potential new B2B clients, conducting market research and outreach to generate leads.
- Assist clients in navigating the Tothemoon platform, providing training and guidance on features and functionalities.
- Monitor client account activity and performance, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on client engagement, satisfaction, and account performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance, technical support, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote Tothemoon and establish new business relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a B2B environment, preferably within the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading platforms, and blockchain technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
